This stringed instrument, carved from a flat piece of wood, is surmounted with two figures, a male and female. Both have white beaded eyes and decorated with strands of white glass beads around their necks. Next to the figures is an unusual feature, a wooden block shaped projection (possibly acting as the handle) that has been decorated with abstract animals carved in relief.
The flat body of the instrument has been attractively decorated with a series of abstract freelance decorations. The strings of the instrument are wire and fastened through a series of holes positioned at the top and bottom of the shaft.
