These three, finely woven Tutsi prestige baskets ('Igiseke') each feature characteristically-Tutsi cone-shaped lids and woven zig-zag decorations.
Prestige baskets such as these were only displayed in the traditional dwelling as symbols of status, wealth and social importance.
