A small iron figure that would have traditionally been used as a divination or shine piece. Forged from iron, cut, flattened and bent into a standing figure with a wonderful abstract form and presence.
Possibly coming from the Moba or a related culture in Burkina Faso. The surface is encrusted with a slightly glossy patina in parts where it has been touched and handled over time.
