This finely carved female figure stands slightly leaning forward with a bundle strapped to her back. The bundle consists of an encrusted animal horn full with traditional medicines. She stands with one arm resting on her upper stomach in a gesture of maternity and the other resting on her leg. Her legs are bowed and her feet point slightly inwards. The whole surface of the figure is encrusted from traditional use over time.
