The larger figure, the female, stands with her legs and arms apart, she has been carved with a prominent raised ridge running from the forehead and meeting her nose. There is a wonderful artistic expression and movement in both figures, note the exaggerated size of the females feet!. The shorter male figure stands with his arms resting on his waist, the interplay between the stance of each figure is comical in many ways. Each figure has inserted white metal eyes, the male also has this featured in his navel.
The surface is worn and glossy on each figure, an indication of their age.
