With a circular seat, echoed by a similarly-shaped base, this Lozi stool is finely balanced. Adjoining the base and seat is a finely carved upright feature, which would have additionally acted as a handle to carry the stool. The central support has been carved with an open-work lattice feature - a feature that unusual in Lozi stools such as this. A written collection number can be found on the base of the stool.
