Consisting of a spiral circular body which beautifully reaches out to two flattened wing-shaped finales at each end, this iron currency exhibits a corroded surface that is smoother at its circular body, where it has been handled over time.
The currency is made from what seems to be two pieces – firstly, a central iron core, forming the circular body, which has been beaten and flattened out to create the two wing-shaped finales, and secondly, a piece of long, thin metal which has been wrapped around the circular body.
