This intimately-sized 1930's Zulu snuff container has been beautifully decorated with glass beads. A circular opening features on one side, and on the other side, overlapping blue-and-white strands of beads contrast with the bands of red, white and blue beads that adorn the main body of the snuff container. Two long twisted, spiralling strands of beads comprise the handle, decorated predominantly with white beads and featuring pronouncements of pink, red, black, blue and translucent beaded patterns.
